Step aboard a vintage steam train for a 30-minute round trip from Steamtown to Nay Aug Park, set to the sounds of Mike Kuehn & The PA Jazz Society featuring Drew Nugent and Johnny Peppers — banjo, trumpet, and bass saxophone, fully acoustic and live on board. Upgrade to a Premium Car seat and ride right alongside the musicians, or enjoy their performance through the train's sound system from any car. Every ticket supports Iron Horse Society and Steamtown.
Ice Cream Express

Step aboard the Ice Cream Express for a round-trip journey from Scranton to Gouldsboro that blends scenic travel, local history, and a relaxed, family-focused experience. Upon arrival, guests enjoy the signature “All Aboard Sundae,” crafted by Ice Screamers of Moosic and included with every ticket. During the layover, explore Gouldsboro Station with live Dixieland music, a vintage car display, historic exhibits, yard games, and optional photo opportunities. The experience is designed to be approachable and engaging for all ages, with time to unwind before returning to Scranton. Water Gap Limited – Pickle Me Poconos Special

Climb aboard the Water Gap Limited for a breathtaking journey through one of the most scenic corridors in Pennsylvania. Departing from East Stroudsburg Railroad Tower, this 15-mile round trip follows the Brodhead Creek to the Delaware River, then winds along the water’s edge through the stunning Delaware Water Gap to Slateford. Offered in partnership with the Pickle Me Poconos Festival, this one-day-only excursion blends history, scenery, and community celebration.

Join Santa on the North Pole Limited! You'll depart Steamtown National Historic Site behind the historic steam locomotive Baldwin No. 26 on an hour-long holiday trip through the Scranton Yards and Nay Aug Park.
Get into the holiday spirit by experiencing the sounds and tastes of the holiday season starting with an “All Aboard” from the Conductor!
