Iron Horse Society Non-Discrimination Policy

The Iron Horse Society does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion (creed), ancestry, sex, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of its activities or operations. These activities include, but are not limited to, membership practices, volunteer selection, partnerships, and program participation.

In accordance with the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (43 Pa. § 951 et seq.) and other applicable laws, we ensure equal access to the accommodations, advantages, facilities, and privileges associated with our events, programs, and premises.

For the purposes of this policy, "age" includes individuals aged 40 and older, as well as any other persons protected under the Federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act or future legal amendments.
